No medallion, but two columns of strong spiral barbed vines and a wide variety of anchoring palmettes in shades of blue, green and red. A second vinery layer makes a subtle counterpoint. Two central filigree pattern vases emit flowers. Khaki palmette and pointed cruciform border. Velvety pile of fine “Kurk” wool. Unsigned, but of very fine weave and perfect execution. Good condition. Central Persian ultra urban carpet in the Persian size format, 7 by 10 rather than Western 8 by 10..
