Ten reversing rows of faceted, geometric botehs decorate this south Persian tribal scatter with a neatly covered ecru ground. The layered botehs derive from Kerman and Kashmir shawls and appear on both Fars (SW Persian) an Afshar (SE Persian) rugs. Navy-black border with stars rosettes in a double meander vine structure. Colour banded selvages. Good condition. .
